THE BLK IRL NETWORK

[est 2020]

BLK IRL is alive.

Alive in the souls of BLK folk everywhere. Alive in rooms where laughter is data and memory is archive.

They want you to work like a machine. We want you to live.

It’s time to get out of the cycle: the scroll, the hustle, the grind, and the churn.

It’s time to return to the Creator within.

There is no online versus offline self. There is only you.

Whole. Feeling. Thinking. Making.

Your knowledge is power.

Don’t outsource it to a machine.

Cultivate it.

Cultivate ideas that can be applied to your creative process, your workplace, your organizing, and your everyday life.

Cultivate a connection to a network that builds solidarity rather than surveillance.

BLK IRL is a media and community network, yes. But, more than anything, it is a response to the hunger for critical thought in comfortable spaces where the Black mind is not wasted.

We honor Black knowledge systems as living technologies—as adaptive tools, methods, and systems. We do not separate theory from lived experience. We do not separate play from politics. We do not separate the digital from the physical.

The revolution is BLK IRL. Stay tuned for more.
